A User on LEDGERS is a verified email ID having a verified phone number. To create a LEDGERS user, signup for LEDGERS through https://ledgers.cloud, setup a password, login to the platform and complete the phone OTP verification.
Only users having a verified email ID that is associated with verified phone numbers can make API calls.
